Bad service

<p>I am very disgust with the service im getting at Legal wise i was in April at Legal wise to help me with a case she email the place she recieved feedback on the 26/04/17 from the place she nemva came back to me only when i went back to legal wise on the02/06/2016 to find out she came back not evens with a phone call but with an email. I am very disgust really with this service you get your premuim every month but if you need service you dont get it and of top of this she end me around to places to get information i want to know why must i go and is she not suppose to request or get theinformation. And of top of it i had to use money which i dont have to places then she call dont even send me a letter to request the information , up and down and until today im still waiting on the letter she should sent me i emailed her twice so far today and no letter im sick and tired of this terrrible service im getting, how can yo say DONT SPEAK TO ME SPEAK TO MY LAWYER if you gt services liketis.
