Bad experience

I was involved in a car accident and the person who collided with me is not willing to cooperate I have went to legalwise offices dealt with a lady called karishma up until now I am not getting any joy from legalwise They advertised don't talk to me talk to my lawyers when you need help they give you the run around when you call you get told that they need another document after that they don't talk to you ,you must email them again still you will be told that they need another document but when they debit your account they don't take time ,I am still waiting for them to call I am tired of legalwise as a customer they should be updating me not me following up with them all the time everytime when you have a problem they don't talk to you their slogan on Tv is very misleading I have been with them for many years I am so disappointed with their service...
