Bad customer Service

Is this what we really get debited for on a monthly basis...No service but yet they know when exactly they need to go into my acc and debit their premium. What is the use of having a call center when you call in you keep on holding till my airtime runs out???? I also left my details for a call back and thus far no call back yet, and what really disgust me the most is their stupid hi.guru.webmessage, the last message you receive is "A Legal Counsellor will direct message you shortly" but one will wait for centuries I am going to cancel this contract as it doesn't serve its purpose!!!!!
