Bad customer service

I sent legalwise my documents a month ago. The first consultant called and unfortunately I was busy I told them the time to call which would be convenient but they never did. No one got back to me until I sent an email again. Same thing happened told the consultant to call at a specific time and they never did. I went on the WhatsApp chat to lodge a complaint and never got assistance. Legalwise will take your money and not follow up on matters
