Bad Customer Service

I had requested assistance for a legal issue from legal wise, I was directed to the branch in Polokwane. The staff were very unhelpful and came across unprofessional, it took weeks before anyone even responded to my matter. During this period I was able to resolve my legal issue using a different avenue. I am very upset that I've paid my premiums monthly for a good couple of years with the belief that if I needed legal assistance it would be available when required. I have subsequently cancelled my policy and regret having wasted many years of paying a legal wise policy that meant nothing when I needed it.
