BAD COMMUNICATION AND NO FOLLOW UP

I have been with legal wise from 2009 till now , I had an issue with dealership and it is an urgent things but it is now three weeks no communication , a lady called me took down my details last week and up to now , there is no follow up at all , so why was i paying Legal wise for , why advertise something if the customer will have an issue and you cant help , how many times must i call legal ???? wise is this the service you offer to your customers , i dont think that after this i will ever recommend you to any one , this is pathetic service , you took my money for 7 years but cant even help me when there is a problem , i have a problem and my lawyers dont bother at all , reference 536468
