Bad bad service legal wise

I was served a summons in March this year and when I went to Vuyani form legal wise for help he didn't advise me how to approach the notice to defend.

He sent another mail to the attorneys who did not respond and eventually we locked down.

During lockdown I was concerned that the summons will eventually go through and I'll have a judgment.... I called Vuyani again and he told me the court is closed and if I want to I. An go to the clerk and ask him for the date of set down.

I did not know any of this jargon and here is where I most expected him to help me and make calls or something in this regard so that I don't get ruled for judgement based on us missing that 10 days to defend.

Here we are now few months later..... And the attorneys inform me taht they awaiting for judgement to be approved.

I am very upset with legal wise and Vuyani lack of action. I have since not paid them further which was by accident because I did not know of the rejected debit, which they only made me aware of last week. Now it seems I won't be assisted for a matter that was started and supposed to be concluded in March.
