BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

Where is the 0 rating. I have a case being handled by Madinane SJ and Associates, i requested assistance from legalwise around Sept ,Oct 2021. Mr Madinane started working on it Jan 2022, we are now in 2023 Legawise just sends emails once in a while and Mr Madinane is not even responding to emails, but if you whatsapp him he will respond he promised that he will be done with the case by June, everytime its a different story I don't even trust if this is beung attended to or someone is just wasting my annual allocated funds. I also blame Legalwise i feel like they are not pushing him to get to a resolution or to even respond on the progress Legalwise is just relaxed. Very good when it come to collecting the monthly fee.Would not recommend it to anyone because for me its not the first time with their bad service. Before they fully assist you,you need to be on their case until they attend to you.Im based i Johannesburg I use the Fox branch.
