bad and incentive service

24/08/2018. the service is just horrific .called in to get assistance regards my late fathers membership with them and i was transferred from one person to the other and also promised call backs which happened ages after being hanged up on and still have no assistance .Zanele, Viginia ,Kelebogile and another lady which i forgot her name. ********** not a number to dial at all when your in dying need of assistance .

it just gets worse-the nerve to send an sms thanking Mr T.L Mafuya whiles he is lying in his grave that he has contacted them .i am shattered

sadly i received a call from your customer service personnel promised to get back to me after looking into the matter and also that a somebody from the legal team will call to assist with my issue .its over 2 weeks and still no assistance.
