AVOID TAKING OUT POLICY WITH LEGALWISE . NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a pending matter with them since May 2020. Thus far I have only received 2 Emails in 6 months. Nobody has ever called me regarding this matter . Then I have a new matter with them and Danny Paulsen is the person assigned to my matter but has never called me once even though I have left numerous messages for him to call me . I have been a loyal client for many years now but I don't get any service from them. I am definitely cancelling my policy with legalwise and I'm letting all my family & friends do the same and mind you, I was the one who referred my family and friends to legalwise . I had enough now. I'll take my money somewhere else where I can actually get a service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does anybody know who the CEO is of this useless company????????
