Attorneys are not getting paid in time!!!

Thank you legal wise for responding to my previous complaint.

Unfortunately, I still have an unresolved case needing urgent attention. I was unfairly dismissed on 21 September 2017. I referred by unfair dismissal dispute to the CCMA on 16 October 2017. The dispute was conciliated on 14 November 2017 - it remained unresolved and the certificate of outcome confirming the same was issued. Through a legal representative from Noveni Eddy Kubayi Incorporated, I requested for the matter to be resolved through arbitration on 21 November 2017. This matter had been handled by an attorney from the above-mentioned law firm. A lot of back-and-forths happened between me, the legal representative and the company; and there were some mistakes by the attorney. Eventually, in December 2018, the attorney had to withdraw from the case due to non-payment by legal wise. My case was then referred to another legal representative from Motshegare Attorneys Incorporated. For about 3 months, the new attorney could not attend to my case due to missing documentation. The previous attorney withheld my file and all documentation as leverage so that legal wise could pay them. When legal wise finally paid and my file was released, the new attorney from Motshegare Attorneys Inc was able to proceed with the matter. Everything has been running smoothly since I have been represented by the new attorney - I was beginning to see light at the end of the tunnel. Until recently, the attorney contacted me to say he cannot represent me anymore as there are some unpaid invoices by legal wise. This is now the second attorney that withdraws from my case due to nonpayment by legal wise! It is disappointing and unacceptable! My matter is set down for an arbitration hearing on 30 December 2019, and I need legal representation. Please pay all outstanding invoices to Motshegare Attorneys Incorporated, so that I can have legal representation on 30 December and that my dispute may finally be resolved!
