<p>THE BEST SERVICE<BEST LEGAL TEAM</p> <p>I laid a complaint after sending my new banking details for debit order and they were not changed in time little i knew that i had to submit those earlier on the previous month and also i didnt have an idea that i must keep some money in the old account as the system might deduct in the same old account instead of the new one i provided to them.</p> <p>The debit oder debited the money twice on the old account that didnt have money and the bank charged me twice the interest =R230</p> <p>Unlike Telkom mobile who charged me double penalties though i submitted the new banking details.
