As always.... don't care attitude from Legalwise

Policy nr: ********** 1. I asked Legalwise to assist in a case in December 2017 already. After numerous complaints I finally got referred to an attorney in April 2018 only. I have attended the appointment yet 2 months later no word from the attorney other than them calling me saying that I did not attend the appointment. This is a clear indication that, as with the attitude of Legalwise employees, the attorney is completely ******** of the case. If they were working on my case then the attorney would have know that I did indeed attend the meeting and even gave him documents and completed a claim form. Seeing that Legalwise is so useless, I would like to cancel the policy. Please don't let this be another issue. I would just like to end the useless service received. Please cancel this policy.
