Are we laying legal wise just to be ignored??!!!

Does Legal wise not value our business? Is it solely just for the profiting of premiums for them??

Why is it that the very same people we hope to rely on in fighting our battles are the very same ones who give us problems when needed even though they receive membership money each and every month!!!

I have logged a claim for assistance on the 16th of January for a case where someone sold me "an ******* car" and disappeared with my money. And I have received little to no communication from them. At first I had to call their Pretoria Branch to find out why I have not been contacted yet as per instruction from their main call center. After finally being allocated someone. The consultant who's email is *** has since requesting my documents a week ago not even bothered to contact me and update me as where my matter stands. Not to mention the fact that he is not even responding or at least acknowledging my emails. What do I have to do now? Do I have to Cc all known legal wise emails in order for atleast someone to pick it up??

What does one have to do to be responded to? Of course It's only normal that such cases take time. But to not communicate with your client and inform them as to the status of their matter is not helping anything either.
