APPAULING SERVICE

I took cover with legal wise in about a year or two ago as they go on to be the best, this year march Ruan from legal wise assisted me with a matter, till this date it has not been resolved, yesterday I called in yesterday to find out whats happening with my case, and Susette informed me that Ruan was ill and she would handle my case. today I got a call from Susette saying that because the matter arouse before my joining date of my policy they could no longer assist me and told me I had to get my own attorney. I have followed up every week for the last three months with Ruan he always said he is working on it. every month these people take money that legal wise says they not suppose to but they refuse to assist me with the matter to get them to stop. I am a single mother I can not afford to get my own attorneys.Legal wise has NEVER given me good service, Ruan never called me once. I was the one to follow up with him, only to get told his working on it.
