Appalling service ever from Legalwise

My matter was a new matter when lodging a claim, the transfers where completed three months after my waiting period, now when the service due to me is supposed to be offered i am told is not covered and also i do not like how my claim just laid with no feedback after it was sent to the attorneys, as no communication given i have to personally do my follow up everyday with no feedback from your claims department, No tell me how fair is that. I have been on Hello Peter and I am shocked that customers are being treated the way you people are doing. I am really appalled by the service i have received by this company.
