APPALLING SERVICE

<p>I am a member of legal wise and have recently contacted them to assist me with my case. The advisor who was assigned to the case has not been helpful at all. He is dragging his feet in dealing with the matter. There seems to be no sense of urgency. I literally have to call him to do a follow up. I find his behaviour very unproffessional and i have, as a result lodged a complaint to get him removed from the case but to no avail. The case involves a minor and time is of the essence.</p>
