Appalling service

Next month my case with Legalwise will be 6 years without being finalized, I'm just putting out there so that people will read this review and think twice before joining or taking this policy. They will never contact me before I contact them and they will do that once and promise sort this matter after that they disappear, clearly they only care about the growth of the company canvassing for people to join and our monthly premiums that's their mandate. Worse I even go all out of my way to assist them with this case giving them information they need to finalized this case and it doesn't help me at all. So what do you call that? I once asked the to pay me all my premiums back because i'm not getting any joy 6 years is more than enough time to get things done especially when you have all the documents you need.

Really now I need my premiums back i'm tired of this as im still to escalate this even further more.
