Appaling Legal Service after years off paying for it!

I have been paying for this service for years on end, I cannot even remember how far back. The very first time I have a serious issue and the service and legal support received from the Centurion branch is pathetic & appalling, The consultant has never kept me in the loop regarding developments, did not share with me any 'documents' she drew up and it seemed I was doing all of the work.

They market a brilliant company that will cover your for so many thousands of rands a year and will have their support. I had a minor legal issue and it could not even be addressed. In fact, I received an sms from them stating that I must take up this issue with the ombudsman directly on my own. So WHY ARE WE PAYING LEGALWISE FOR? This supposed to be a comprehensive service.
