*********** and wrecked case by allocating inexperienced attorney

***********, last month, June 2024 after an administrative nightmare with legalwise lasting almost two weeks they eventually allocated an attorney to assist my wife prepping for a labour matter with her employer at the CCMA. The candidate attorney prepared a pack for her only to be presented alone and for the commissioner to state that the case is not in the jurisdiction of the CCMA and must go to labour court. How did this attorney not realise this? This coupled to a evidence pack with errors did not help. Then the outcome to refer to labour court was issued on the 15 July. It is now the 25 July. Two emails later for legalwise to activate assistance for this and no reply apart from an automated email. The WhatsApp is equally useless and don't bother calling. This should be reported to the law society and they must be investigated. You spend more time in admin with them than attending to your own matter. The only time there is a response is after the client goes through Hellopeter. Legalwise get your house in order and honour your contractual obligations. Stop looking for ways on how NOT TO Assist!!!
