**** AND UNRELIABLE COMPANY

I can’t believe I fell for this legal insurance. I’ve been paying my account well from last year and haven't even used their services, I sent them an email after missing one payment (last month) telling them that I recently lost my job but I’m expecting uif by the end of this month I’ll pay. Their policy document states that I can get assisted even after 3 months of not paying and I missed only one payment and they refused to help me. First they said I should be the one collecting information about the case even though I told them where my brother is held. This is a ****ty company with no reliability and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I wish I stuck with legal angel Bidvest insurance
