ALMOST 4 YEARS AND CASE NOT FINALISED

I have been a member of Legalwise for almost 10 years now and almost 4 years ago a truck knocked into my car. They have been handling this case but to this date there has been no finalisation on this matter. Every two months or so I get an email to give a brief update which really is to indicate that almost no progress has taken place in my opinion. The people even handling my case have changed so many times and recently I have even been emailing the lady dealing with my case only to call Legalwise and be told she no longer works there. People should realise that cheap comes with the same kind of quality and the image Legalwise gives as to how they can assist is really in my opinion false. It has been extremely bad service and I am actually fed up. I called their Jhb office to complain someone called me back to say they would call the attorney and get an update but no update. Honestly 4 YEARS!!!! to settle one matter is absolutely ridiculous.
