I have been a registered Platinum member since 2011 and only in December 2019 there was a need to access this service. I am disgusted and disappointed in the manner that my case is being handled. The response with no proper clarity or explanation is a clear indication that is leading me to believe that they either a **** or dont have professional / experience staff to conduct legal work. hellopeter should have other rating options as the one star is not even deserving.
