Actually "do talk to me, my lawyers aren't interested"

Since 2018 June, I have been trying to get some help in resolving an issue of improper billing for services with the municipality. I have been sent from pillar to post and advised to do things that I have already done with no success hence I went to my "supposed" lawyers to assist. The consultant who has been looking at the case wants to refer to the attorneys but then it was rejected without even looking at it.

I was told they do not cover rates and taxes, excuse me I read my policy document and I know that however this has nothing to do with rates and taxes but services. All I need is someone with legal knowledge to look at my case and assist not to be sent back to the very people I need help against. I have been to municipal offices, I have been to Ombudsman, if all that was any help. I wouldn't have come to Legalwise for help. For now I guess I will have to impatiently wait for the feedback after I disputed rejection...
