Accountability

Legalwise hermiston branch, since my case was allocated to Mbuyiseni on the 25th of Sep2020, he never call to make a follow up on my file, till I find out on the 5th of Oct that i must give the details of my concerns. I made a follow up 5 days after and i was told he is consulting i must leave my contacts with the receptionist he never returned my call. I called again the following week and I was told that he is on leave returning after the 25th Oct , still he didn't return my call till on the 2nd of Nov, I made a call and I was told he is not available. Again I left my cell numbers he didnt call me. I feel theres no accountability hence, I kept on leaving my msg that he will return my call but nothing. I am very frustrated hence I am paying for their services.
