Absolutely shocking service!

I am renting out my house but the tenants have not paid. I contacted LegalWise to assist. First their response was delayed (this is an urgent matter) then their details were incorrect-they did not use what I had supp****! & now I haven't heard from them in over 2 weeks even though I have sent a few emails requesting a response/feedback. <br> <br> Before this, my previous tenant skipped out on her last rental payment & although LegalWise was very delayed with their letters of demand, I was forced to go to the small claims court myself. The court official let me know that it is LegalWises responsibility to trace this person for their address etc. When I informed them of this they said they will find out & get back to me. I am still waiting-this was a month ago!
