Absolutely SHOCKING!!!!

Absolutely SHOCKING!!!! I signed up - saying to the agent exactly what I wanted to know and would I be covered; the agent said YES. When I spoke to a legal representative, they said NO. Despite NUMEROUS EMAILS and trying to get hold of someone telephonically, I have had NO RESPONSE. To follow this, two weeks after I signed up; they sent me an email to say that I HAVE CANCELLED THE SERVICE!!!!! Which I DID NOT!!! So I paid. They did not fulfill their obligation - and then also FALSELY STATED THAT I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP - still having paid for cover for an entire month. FURIOUS!!!!!
