Absolutely Bad Service

I have had a case with Legalwise for over 4 years now. A truck damaged my car. To no fault of mine this matter has continued to the final stages when I would be receiving a settlement for the damage. I then get an sms from Legalwise saying the claim limit was reached and now the closing the case without it being completed and I can use the attorney they were using on my own cost. These conditions were never clear to me ever. Also they continuously handed this case from person to person and the car was continuously being assessed. All of this was no fault of mine, however I am now left with this case that is almost 99% and closed. I would like someone senior from legalwise to look at the historic events of this case and give an instruction for the attorney handling this matter to finalise this case. I feel legalwise is unprofessional and also has false marketing tactics in my opinion. There were many incidents I have complained about the service. From initial stages, the first legal person rejected my case, then I complained and it was relooked at and then was found to be a credible. All these costs have led to the funds being depelted due to poor management of this matter by legalwise. I want this matter finalised. I would like to also seek advise as which ombudsman or similar that I can refer this matter to as I feel the same must be happen to other clients.
