Absolute waste of money

I have been a platinum member of leagalwise for a few years now and not once claimed.I tried to do a claim last year regarding a matter and was told sorry we cannot assist you, until ive posted it on hellopeter then i receive a call from the bellivlle saying that they sorry can they assist me now.Once again its been 3 months that my stationery bakkies were knocked into.My 1 bakkie is not driving and standing for 3 months waiting to legalwise to help me claim from the 3rd party which outright refuses to pay.I have been in contact with numerous persons at this branch liana dennis being in charge of handling my matter.Excuse after excuse,call back next week,theres nothing we can do is all i am hearing.its been 3 months and my vehicles are still just standing No help from legalwise.Having paid for so long and just one stupid letter been written to the insurance company by lianna asking why they don not want to pay is ridiculous , 3 months and this is all that has been done.Most pathetic.its sad paying for so long and when finally you would like to use the service you have been paying for you get absolutely nothing .
