A waste of money & time.....Don't sign up with Legalwise

The last communication I had with the lawyer that was appointed by Legalwise to handle my case was 18 Sep 2017 & she never calls back, so it has been for 2 years, yes I had patience.

This institution Legalwise is a JOKE. With whoever works for them. I've had it with the incompetence that is so evident from the moment you call the office & someone answers. I've had to explain myself to every person that answers for the past 2 years. All docs submitted with admittance of guilt from the 3rd party & yet I'm still indebted by this company that claimed that they would assist.

The many calls, the amount of times I had to explain myself, the fact that I kept on waiting for call backs that never came, a lawyer that kept on replying "I'll get your file & call you back", the amount of times I've sat in the lawyers office waiting to see her & she's always busy......& I can go on & on

To save myself more irritation: Cancel my policy with immediate effect, DO NOT deduct further premiums as I'm not paying for any more incompetence or stupidity.
