7 Months down the line and I am still waiting for my legal rights for my case

<p>Can you believe this, 7 months down the line and I am still begging for legal advice from Legalwise after been a loyal custumer for almost 15 years :(.</p> <p>I think the statement above says it all. Seriously not happy with this lack of services.</p> <p> </p>

This is correct, but with that said, we are now more than 48 Hours down the line and still in the same boat as I was before. Less than impressed with the lack of services and disregard to the urgency of the matter as I am still waiting my legal right to my matter in writing. A phone call just does not cut it anymore.

Kindly note the attached Reference number is the first reference number received in 7 months.

Since this was lodged on HelloPeter, I received a response, but guess what, almost 2 years down the line and still in the same position as when I oringally lodged this complaint. I beg anybody wanting to use Legalwise services to go somewhere else. I have been loyal client for over 15 years and when I needed them the most, all I get is the silent treatment with no response legal advise, all I have gotten is the shifting from one branch to another with no one keep you posted of your case. And dare you ask a question as you will not get the correct legal advise. Any documents sent for you to fill in is not even explained and their mercy for a reply. PLEASE DO NOT USE LEGALWISE SERVICES...... IF ANY BODY SEE's THIS MAIL. CONSIDER this please to stay away unless you want to get nothing in return.
