3 years still no answers

I was told join leagalwise they will sort out your problems. Ja right I have a case going on 3 years now every time I phone leagalwise to get a update just get told waiting on court date sir.just called them now and was put on hold for 10 min called back and asked to be connected to complaints department got transferred and just cut off.Before 1joins leagalwise they advertise how fast they resolve your issue no,no 3 year and still nothing.
