Legaleye,Medassist,Unitedrew etc. Biggest ******

As per other People of the community who has the same complaints about this company, I would also like to voice my opinion. Firstly this Company and Group of companies ie, Legaleye,Unitedrew,medassist etc; They are the biggest ****** in the business and it seems everyone has the same opinion and experiences with them. I am one of those unfortunate people that was ******* into signing up for services. Although I VERY Clearly told the consultant on the phone that I am NOT interested in any of these services, he blatantly Laughed in my face after getting all my information and I knew they were going to try and "*****" money from my account.So I changed banks and did not leave any funds in my account knowing that they will try to debit *******ly. It basically starts with us wanting to apply for a personal loan then they call you and take all your details and when you done providing all the information for the loan then they start telling you about these Value Added Services and even though you advise then more than once that you are not interested in these services and only want a loan then they blatantly just ignore that and load ******* debit orders on your account. The calls are supposedly recorded and if they pull the recording they will clearly hear me stating that I do not want any of these services. But us as clients, are just ignored and our personal information and banking details are used for these ******* debit orders for them to become rich and for us to be stepped on and ruined financially. Unfortunetely we as consumers are not really protected much against something like this and not everyone can afford Lawyers to take on these people who take from us. Even the banks are useless in stopping this as their excuse is that they cannot stop these debit orders because the company that loads these debit orders just change some code then they debit the account again, so we are not protected in Any way by the banks and our money is available to Anyone who can get hold of our account numbers and freely take money from it and get away with it. And there is no consumer protected or any options for us to stop these ******* activities. So in other words our accounts will keep on being debited and we cannot do anything about it. Especially nowadays most people cannot afford things like these and we are on a tight budget.So to try and contest and dispute against these ******* happenings is almost impossible. So what has happened to me is that my account has gone into the minus with over R4000 due to these debit orders for the past few months And on top the bank charges R146 a shot for every debit order regardless of what the debit order amount was. So you can call the bank and they will just say, Sorry they cant stop these debit orders and the people that loaded these debit orders cannot be traced and when you finally get hold of them they just ignore your request to stop the debits. So what can we do about this??? Get a lawyer and incur extra costs just to get these debit orders stopped and then be even more financially ruined, or leave the account and let these people debit until they are blue in the faces and let the account go into R10000 plus and let the bank realize that I will not pay these Fees because I did not Authorise and give any permission for these debit orders. I have emailed Legaleye for a second time and has not recieved any response and I doubt they will be reply and I also called and the woman I spoke to sounds like she has Grade 2 under the belt only as she is not much help and is just there to answer calls. They are unprofessional and has no respect or disregard for the public. If such ******* activities exist within this company just imagine what the service would be like if you do use their "Value Added" services. I will be getting Legal advise in the near future on this and wont just leave it there and I encourage the public with the same issue with this company to come forward so that we can bring them down and let them pay back for what they have taken from us. We cannot allow companies like this to do this as it will become a trend and at the end of the day we will suffer more and end up on the streets because of ******* places like this and people working for them. Its disgusting to see what is happening out there and regardless of your race and background, they will nail you for every cent you have have for their financial gain.
