Told to go to Small Claims Court

Signed up in 2020 amd when it came to sue a third party months later as they they refuse to repair my car that they bumped, I got a rejection letter from Legalex saying I must go the Small Clains Court to sort it out myself as its only around R10 000. I cancelled this pathetic policy. Will lodge dispute with Guardrisk.
