Legalex / False Conditions

I have been a member of Legalex since 2017. I did not phone them till I had a problem. 2020 I called them and chatted with Tania, explaining to her that we have a big problem with EnviroServe's trucks. There is so much dust sometimes it looks like if there's a sand storm coming through. Tania said I fall outside there jurisdiction and would have to bear the expenses myself. Tania sent a claim form that I needed to complete, but I did not because on the claim form stood "No cover is granted for any legal costs related to a lawsuit proceeding from any event. So why did I join Legalex for? I demanded my money back. You are impoverishing people under false conditions.
