a lady called karabo approached me to tell me about their company on the 14th June , she then said to me for she explain she need to swipe my card on the speedpoint to check if i qualify ,after that she then said to me that somebody will call you from the head office to explain all the policy, i waited , then month they startedd to deduct my money with authorization ,i never signed any document as far as i remember ,i then called their head office and the lady called Cynthia told me that i accepted the policy by swiping the card i then asked them to cancel it immediately she then said its canceled and i will receive an sms on my phone and when i called they never answer my phone, this month on 25september they deducted R210 ref nplegalx..using nugrup investment for deducting my account ,i have ****med more than one time by this company and and when i call again they tell me that is canceled without giving me a reference number .. when i ask them send me a form that proves that i have a policy with them they drop my calls.. please assist me about this company they have done this to lot of people
