Complaining

I've been asked by one their consultants,to check as to wether i do qualify for their policy, i said i am not interested in any of their policies but she said it was only to check so that atleast they would see she was doing something, only that she was tricking me to take their policy without any authority from me,later last month money was deducted from my account and when i called to ask,they said i signed a form giving them authority but i don't remember doing that
