Answer the damn telephone!

Whilst the main staff are exceptional at what they do, their systems are in dire need of sorting!

NOBODY answers the telephone, messages left are either not given to the intended recipient or are ignored. Amd if you want an appointment you have to phone a national number that also does not get answered... And then they get upset when you just arrive at their offices??? Seriously?
