SOFTWARE NOT WORKING

We purchased (NOT EVALUATED) LegalSoft Software, however there was some flaws and glitches with the software to which LegalSoft has been trying to tend to for 3 months. They kept telling us that the problem is with their reports supplier (Crystal), however they fail to get their program to perform BASIC tasks, and now are passing the buck by saying that the program can not do what WE want it to do... Strange, that just by simple report writing and plain letterhead graphics (WHICH IS INCLUDED IN YOUR SETUP FEE) cannot be done. We requested a re-fund as they admitted that they cant get their program to work as it should, and now advise that we evaluated the software and that we are not entitled to a re-fund. Sorry, but if you cannot get your own software to perform basic tasks for what it is intended for, it is not considered as evaluation. BEWARE of LegalSoft as they promise you the moon and stars of how wonderful the software is, however it cant even render a normal report or account statement to debtors or a plain Document without letters being cut off, or your letterhead to look like a baby had copy and pasted a pixelated image on the document. EXTREMELY unprofessional.
