Useless organisation

I have submitted claim to LPFF months ago.They wrote an email to me informing me that my claim was accepted but the payment is withheld pending the finalisation of excussion process.When I call and email to request for an update on the process since it’s over 2 months since they had send me letter about the finalisation of excussion process,no one wants to answer my questions.The lady who is a secretary to the legal advisor assigned to my case she is very rude when we ask questions she just say your matter is at the court it can even take months.

They do not realise what they are doing to us as public is really damaging us when we already suffered financial loss.They expect us to excuse the lawyer when they know he does not have any asset on his name.How possible is that?They are leaving us with no choice but to go write to the public protector.
