No communication

Hi made a claim to legal practitioners fedility funds on the 19 October 2023 till this day i havent been updated on my claim as they say it takes 90 days for them to reimburse victims .i have only been given a reference number.I tried to communicate with the person handling my claims by the name sakeena but theres no communication on her side. This is very unprofessional
