Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund (LPFF) is useless & can't be trusted

I enquired with them about something. Next day my mail is read but not responded to. I gave it another day or so since they might be busy, but still no response. I followed up with an email again. Next day that gets read too, but still no response. Another day later I followed up again on the same while also going to message AND comment on their Facebook page. Still no response. I have now in total mailed them about 5 times for this and gotten no response. I even said to them that even if they can't assist with my enquiry, that they please tell me so. Still, mails get read, but no reply.

They are absolutely useless. Easy to be that way and just not respond when you want to ***** from the people, right.
