I lodged a claim with the Fund in June 2022 as instructed by the Legal Practitioners Council being told that this is a 3month process at longest, Ricardo Richards was assigned to my case and it has been the most frustrated time I have had ever they ignore your e-mails, I had to phone in multiple times, I contacted the LPC myself to get documents and statements for them just to phone in and emails are in a spam folder and never looked at,

Now 5 months later I am told that this matter will be sorted within 3 months time which left me speechless, I honestly do not think they have a Idea of how they actually mess with peoples lively hood no I have no choice but to take more money out of my pocket to get lawyers involved just to claim back what is mine .
