Waiting for Feedback for almost 4 weeks

I have email Thergesari Roberts since the 21st March 2022 regarding the issue I had and forwarded ALL the documents as requested. When I send emails asking for feedback I don't any response and I feel I am being let down. I have seen a GP and explained my depression and anxiety can become severe and also has put me on medication. All I am asking is for feedback regarding my issue. My name is Joseph Noah
