UNRELIABLE AND PATHETIC SERVICE -LPC

I have lodged a matter with this office 3 years ago. Almost two years ago, they found my attorney guilty. Ever since they have not charged her. I have spoken to the Prosecutor several times both telephonically and on emails. He was given the same feedback that the matter is being scheduled for sit down. Dates were for a year ago and continued with timelines not kept to. I had since escalated the matter to the highest levels within their PIetermaritzburg offices. Their were promises made months ago by the a senior member after explaining to her the reason why I need this matter to be finalised, given that my daughter had passed away within this same matter and that I needed to find closure that justice was served, this fell on deaf ears. I then escalated to the head of the office, without any response or acknowledgment. This office is the most pathetic, ********* and unprofessional bunch one can seek assistance from. The reasons why these delays happen, could be either that they are not skilled enough to handle matters or they use delay tactics so that one is forced away quietly, this protecting their paying members (ie. attorneys). The.worthiness of this office is highly concerning that they are protecting the ******* attorneys out there whom if not dealt with, will continue to mal practice. I have lost all confidence in these unreliable people whom should hang their heads in shame or find themselves other employment as they just cannot exercise basic principles and reliability.
