The Legal Practice Council doesn't respond to mails!

I've been trying for a week to get someone from The Legal Practise Council to help me confirm the legitimacy of a registered practise. I've had not one reply to daily emails for over a week now! This is an organisation put in place to protect the public! Where's the integrity here?
