Ommission

I had a medical negligence case in 2014 with an attorney who happened to be suspended due to not doing her job deligently. During our communication with law society i was told that they do not have my file so i must tell my new attorney to reconstruct the matter. How on earth must the matter be reconstructed without any documents? I believe that law society have all the powers to instruct the suspended attorney to bring back my file but they not doing it. Im still suffering the consequences of that unlwaful surgery even today yet justice is not being done. Please assit in this regard.
