LPC went back on their word

Good Day I was told that the Investigating Committee would look at part of my complaint against Velile Tinto Attorneys. All of a sudden I received an e-mail that they are going back on their word. To add insult to injury, it seems that the office of Judge Desai (The legal Ombud, appointed December 2020), still does not exist. Do we all need to make and win a Court case against LPC (Like groundup dot org dot za) did ?
