Legal Practice Council

I had a very bad experience with the legal Practice Council of SA.I approached them with a complaint against a lawyer using his authority to favour a family member above the law and intimidating me.With hope that the legal Practice Council could resolve my problem and discipline the lawyer all that they can send back to me on email is we could not investigate the matter against the lawyer the allegations we received is not concrete enough.I am asking myself what is the use of this council?We are suppose to get help from them when lawyers mis use their authority.How do we get help?This legal system and is seriously a big joke.Do not even waste your time to report a lawyer to them they are useless.
