Even legal practice counsil doesn't follow the law

I wrote for legal counseling in febraury 2021 regarding an attorney that was supposed to assist me in paper work and transfers of house i bought and he run away with the money before doing the transfers and we only received an sms with the case number and no help since .what my problem is we need the original paper work to claim at Fedelity Insurance and they cant provide us with the documents meaning 200 000 gone down the drain without anyone willing to assist
